The service was great by the entire team. Thank you to Laura, who provided updates on my car, explaining what was going on and what they were doing (I am not too knowledgeable about cars, so Thank you to Laura, who provided updates on my car, explaining what was going on and what they were doing (I am not too knowledgeable about cars, so this was extra appreciated). Laura even shared an (accurate) estimate on timing. I appreciate the transparency. The follow-up communication was also appreciated. I had asked a question after on something that I had forgot to mention before leaving the car for service - it turns out, they go through a VERY detailed inspection of the car, which included what I had forgot to ask. They know my car’s needs better than I do! A note - BMW also pays attention to recalls and notified me about a recent part that was recalled. I had no idea! Thank you! Laura and team go above and beyond and I am very grateful that they take of my car (I even gave my car a name). I spend a lot of time on the road, so this is very important to me. I started my new car journey at a local bmw dealer and it was not a pleasant experience. My search continued and I came across the car I wanted at Flemington BMW.
