The Dealership is immaculate and the waiting area is really comfortable. They completed the job within the estimated timeframe. I was in need of a car after having been in an accident in July. After over a month of visiting dealerships, I was pretty exhausted with the process. Every car salesman I dealt with was extremely condescending (being that I'm a young woman trying to buy a car), spoke down to me, lied to me... you name it. From my first interaction with Sam at Flood Mazda, I knew it was going to be a much better process. He was extremely professional, treated me with respect, and went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted as soon as possible. Everyone I met in the dealership was fantastic. I cannot recommend this dealership more strongly! Shoutout also to Cody in finance for doing everything to get me the best possible rates. More
