I always have some kind of problem with service any time I go. There is always an issue. Having my license plate almost fall off because you did not attach it correctly. This time caps for tire valve stems were not put on. Waited for a loaner for an hour after I had called 2 hours earlier to make sure it was all ready and I was lied to. The loaner you gave me had absolutely no gas I it. The warning light was on. Who does that to a customer? Service advisor forget to give me my keys, had to return to dealership. Shortly after I bought the car you had to replace gas tanks (?). Car interior smelled strongly of gas for almost a week. Was treated very rudely by a service advisor the first time I called.
