A step was overlooked in the initial repair of my car when new intake manifold was put in place. A cover had warped when car overheated, and the oil plug was not properly inserted. I had to pay an additional nearly $500 because of the oversight. I don't plan on ever using this dealership again. More

I scheduled my 7500 service 3 weeks in advance. It took 2 hours+. No recall or warranty work on Saturday, so someone was supposed to call. Nobody did call. I called Tuesday.
