Fate dealt me a unique situation where I needed not one, but two cars; a new car for myself, and a used car for my son. This is my first Subaru purchase and had such a great experience at Garavel. Chris helped me find the perfect car (Crosstrek) for our family. His knowledge and warm and friendly demeanor made the whole buying process and absolute pleasure. I did not feel any pressure and felt comfortable through every step of the process. After making the decision to purchase, he went above and beyond to keep me in the loop as I waited for my car to arrive. On the day I went to pick up the car, Chris took the extra time to make me feel extra welcome as the newest member of the Subaru family.
