Wow-where to begin?! The whole staff at Garavel was amazing, especially Diana, who helped us navigate buying our first car. We were buying the car in Connecticut but moving to Colorado, and Garavel helped us figure out what papers we'd need, and even helped us with Colorado auto taxes, despite their being located in Connecticut. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, patient, and genuine. And with Garavel, their customer service did not end when we drove off the lot. Diana followed up to make sure that everything was going ok with the car. We had one issue, but Garavel was eager to help, and they advised us and even reimbursed us when we needed to get the car inspected. We can't recommend this dealership highly enough.
