Was checked right in and Victor explained all the servicing I would get, including a repair to the gas cap door and a check to see if the car's computer needed an update. Even thought he car was out of warranty, he covered the repair to the gas cap door ( which needed to be replaced). In short, total commitment to customer satisfaction. It took some time but the service was comprehensive and the waiting area was quite comfortable. More
