Process started with Alejandra at the VEP desk. Was originally going to trade in my other truck but we decided to keep it as well. Kyle Haines and Tony in finance were amazing. I was going to return my leased vehical and walk away from Ford because Ford Motor Company wouldn't finance the balance of my lease even after 2 leased vehicles over 6 years! But do too Fred Carrillo's from Ford because Ford Motor Company wouldn't finance the balance of my lease even after 2 leased vehicles over 6 years!
