Bought a Ford truck F350, had tires and rims installed as part of the deal. Service crew initially helpful, they mentioned if the censor on the dash pops up come back and we can clear and reset the censors. part of the deal. Service crew initially helpful, they mentioned if the censor on the dash pops up come back and we can clear and reset the censors. but when the tire light came on, discovered they didn't install sensors. Peter (quick lane advisor) said upper management wouldn't provide sensors due to our bad review, but they should have had sensors. Spoke to manager Damian Swierbutowski, who confirmed they won't install sensors unless we pay for them around $200 for the tires they installed since we gave them a bad review and that hurt their rating. Now I’m not sure my truck will pass inspection cause of the tire sensor on the dashboard since the truck has D plates, and I must have a safety sticker. He also mentioned the rims were used and they got them from eBay, not new ones from Ford as I thought they would when I signed the contract. I have 7 Ford trucks in my fleet (can provide you with VIN#), but this experience makes me reconsider buying Ford again. More
