I want to apologize for your less than fantastic experience with us today. We typically do a very good job updating our guests with any type of time delays, such as the 2nd recall on your door latches, and I have discussed your experience with my team to try and prevent this from happening in the future. As for the masks kit being worn, as a dealership we have a policy in place to be wearing masks at all times while inside the building, and at all times with a guest outside the building, or in a guests vehicle. and I am aware of only a couple people here that have medical exemptions for the mask mandate. We are taking the COVID pandemic very seriously, and are sanitizing and taking other measures far beyond what even the cdc recommends.
