My appointment was for recall and oil/ filter change. I have left my car at the dealer and took shuttle to get me home. When my car was ready shuttle was provided and I got back to pick up my car. Gave and estimated time of 2 hour for my car to be done. It took them 2.5 hours before the even looked at my car for a simple oil change and tires. Was in dealership for over 4 hours, finally had to call an It took them 2.5 hours before the even looked at my car for a simple oil change and tires. Was in dealership for over 4 hours, finally had to call and get my car because took way longer than expected and had an appointment. Was completely ridiculous. If you say 2 hours to complete your service your should not be waiting 2 hours before they even look at your car!!!!!!! More
