I never met Ethan unless he is the service manager. I bought a used Tundra that had never been truly vetted by Handy's and it had rat's nests impacting the wire harness. Initially Handy's said it was my problem but eventually serviced it, but it took two missed days of work and was I charged for the initial diagnosis. I would never buy from them again.. More

Disappointed that steering alignment does not automatically include toe alignment. This is a small complaint.
