If it wasn’t for Ethan saving my sanity this review would’ve been much worse. While Naim was nice enough he didn’t follow thru with getting calling warranty place to authorize further work on my car th would’ve been much worse. It took 3 days and 4 calls and never once got him, ended up with Ethan who solved the issue in an hour. I was not impressed also ur not as handicapped friendly in the waiting room.
