Some of my family members go to McGrath Honda and the process to get a new vehicle takes around 4 hours. Hawk Ford is friendly and I was able to drive away with my new vehicle under 2 hours. Had to come in 3 times to get issue with infotainment system fixed, after describing issue to technicians (issue with wireless app projection, wireless android auto) they asked me "what that was" and sai system fixed, after describing issue to technicians (issue with wireless app projection, wireless android auto) they asked me "what that was" and said they would take a look. When picking up vehicle, problem persisted. Went back second time, was told that my phone was the issue and to update my android auto to version 6.1, and pulled up a ford bulliten from 5 years ago. Android auto version on my phone was 15. Was told to call technical support. Technical support confirmed issue was car related, wireless app projection related and referred me back to hawk ford st Charles with appointment. Was told by tech support that Steve had told them he was "unaware it was wireless app projection issue" went in a 3rd time. Issue was finally fixed. Should've been fixed the first time around. Glad issue was fixed, unhappy with having to return multiple times and being told that issue is with customer and not vehicle by technicians in what appeared to be attempt to push issue elsewhere rather than fixing issue. More
Terrible customer service in the service department. Every time I’ve gone to Hawk for my car to be serviced it’s been a terrible experience. No matter who’s at the desk they always look bothered to help you super short with responses. The part that upsets me the most is the lack of communication. I always have to call them for updates. And I always wait at least 5 hours before I call. This will be the last time I come to this dealership. More

Generally satisfied with Hawk Ford service. Recommendation for improvement would be better follow-up and communication from the Sales Dept. when parts are on order or back order. A back-ordered warranty repair item required months of near weekly calls for status updates. And, voicemails should be returned if left my customers. Definitely appreciate the vehicle shuttle service to and from our house. More
