I made a deal on the internet and upon my appointed arrival at the dealership, I was told that my contact had turned the deal over to another salesman to write it up. Disappointment #1. When I got t arrival at the dealership, I was told that my contact had turned the deal over to another salesman to write it up. Disappointment #1. When I got to the finance guy, I was required to purchase an "original" tag for more money instead of "transferring" my existing valid tag Disappointment #2. Later, after verifying their mistake with my local DMV Headquarter Honda failed to issue a refund on the excess titling and registration fee. Disappointment #3. So, I'm done with Headquarter Honda, but I love my new Ridgeline nonetheless. More
