I enjoy being recognized and greeted by name when I arrive - I think that's important too. James Hicks, from whom I bought my car back in November of 2013, always stops by to say hello when I'm waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. All of these folks, and for that matter all your employees, make me feel like I'm part of the Heiser family! More

Al was friendly and informative Al did a great job explaining the vehicle and other services provided by Toyota Heiser. The service was great but last 3 times i came your car was was broken. I will time the oil change around a wash. I go out of my way to get to your dealership so coming back for a wash is a pain.
