Really Bad experiences, They have lost a long time customer. A few years ago my son had an oil change, The tech put in the wrong filter. Heiser replaces the engine as it blew up. I had to buy a new one. I forgave them once. Jan, 16 of this year, they changed my oil filter, leaked the same night. The recepsionist did not know the service manager was not there. She transferred me 3 times. I finally drove there, The service manager called me as I was driving there, I was furious as I needed the car for a surgical procedure and was in extreme pain. When I arrived he repeated over and over again. " I you through yelling, Would not let me talk. The gasket needed replacement, no charge, big deal, no apology. A woman came in with a big dog, some type of Pit, not being held on a leash. I complained as I am terrified of dogs. The other service manager was flip about it. " Dog friendly here" Well you all are not friendly to your customers. All your employees need to be retrained on customer service and auto technicians with experience need to be hired. If my car would have blew up. I would have sued. You lost a Customer. I also had tires put on the week before for $900. plus 80 for the oil. I have purchased a new and used car in the past, plus oil changes, 5 figure dollars at Heiser. I am going elsewhere. I do not need a man telling me not to yell, I was not yelling, maybe loud. As a woman I am really not happy with my treatment. He is a bully.I did not get his name, he sits by the window. Very cold Service writers.
