Just bought a brand new 2020 GLS 450 with Antony at the Helms Bros dealership and received outstanding service! Jeffrey was the representative that I renew my lease with, he keep saying that I'm not going to get and extra charges and apparently after I switch to new car I got a new bill for the previews car, I em with, he keep saying that I'm not going to get and extra charges and apparently after I switch to new car I got a new bill for the previews car, I emailed him, and keep ignoring me and not taking responsibility, he know that its not ok. In the last email about a month ago he said that his manager will call me, never heard back from or from a manager, everything in emails. I asked him million time before I sign on a new lease and he keep says that I'm not going to get additional charges that he checked everything and calculate everything. I'm not suggesting to no one to trust this guy, check everything before you taking a car and make sure that its in the papers. More
