Below Average Service My second time at this service center, first time I went for an oil change. Second time, I brought in my certified vehicle because the driving seat se My second time at this service center, first time I went for an oil change. Second time, I brought in my certified vehicle because the driving seat seam began to tear, they gave me a loaner and replaced the cover of the leather seat. My car was ready 2 days after, as I got my car back, I began to drive and realized the ECO function of the vehicle was no longer working. Some inexperienced mechanic/tech was working on my vehicle, messed something up while fixing the original problem. Went back, was given the same loaner. 4 business days + 3 long weekend days (Memorial Day) later, my car was available. The day I picked it up (for the second time), they were short staffed and there was no one at the front desk for approximately 8 minutes. Anyhow, when I came home, I then noticed the front right side of my bumper had a scuff/streak on it which was not there before. Also noticed that the mark was painted white in the attempt to hide it. Please save yourself stress and avoidable problems. Get your Mercedes Benz vehicle, that we all worked hard for, serviced by another REAL Mercedes Benz service center. Helms Bros have truly disappointed me, their staff and employees are unprofessional (NOT all, but a great amount). Unsatisfied with my experience and service. Will make sure none of my family or friend see the door of this service center. One word, HORRIBLE. More

Poor Service Helms gave me the run around everytime I called abt a problem with my car. My car started vibrating when I called Helms to come in they say I have to Helms gave me the run around everytime I called abt a problem with my car. My car started vibrating when I called Helms to come in they say I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for a loaner. How can I drive a car that is heavily vibrating much longer. I spent over 100,000 on the purchase of my car and they always xxxxxxxx me when I call. Maybe its the color of my skin tone I really dont knw why I cant be treated fairly. Never again I buy a Benz car or give business to Helms. More
