Where do I begin. Firstly I was given a very nasty loaner that obviously someone else had just got out of. With all of this COVID-19 still in full effect, there is NO WAY, that I should’ve been given a loane that obviously someone else had just got out of. They lie and scam all at the same time. This is the reason they are have the worst reviews on the East Coast. They have the worst communication and they are not truthful. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! Oh and not to mention John Kapica, one of the service advisors had the nerve to tell me that he didn’t want to waste my time or the managers time when I asked to speak to the manager. The nerve.
