We have been dealing with the same Sales Representative Rancier Matos. Rancier is an excellent listener and he knows exactly what we are looking for. Bryan in the finance department is also a very pleasure to work with. He is very thorough and explains the financial transactions in a way that you can understand. They don't know what they are doing I found a car for sale on-line. At about 10 AM I called Herb Chambers in Seekonk where the car was located and talked to Nicole. She checked to see I found a car for sale on-line. At about 10 AM I called Herb Chambers in Seekonk where the car was located and talked to Nicole. She checked to see that the car was available and set up an appointment for a test-drive at 11:15. When I arrived she met me and passed me off to Devon, who said: "they did tell you that this car was sold?" Really? Who takes two hours off work and drives an hour to see a car that is not available. It had been sold long before I called. More
