I made an appointment to look at a car I was planning to buy and to have my trade-in evaluated. I told them ahead of time that it would take me about 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived, the salesperson told me they were getting the car ready for me and invited me to go see it. As we were walking out, another salesperson said, "Sammy, he's buying the car"--referring to someone else. The car I drove all that way to see was being sold to another buyer right in front of me. The next day, I received an email from a Client Care Specialist thanking me for visiting the showroom and asking how my visit went. When I shared my experience, I was told that they work on a first come, first serve basis and that they did all they could for me--basically implying it was my fault for not acting faster. After making a specific appointment and communicating my travel time, this explanation was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of communication and accountability turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a very negative experience. More

I came in on Valentine’s Day to purchase a Honda accord, I was so welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked into Honda of seekonk. My dealer was Andrea Vinagre she helped me with all questions that I had about the Honda accords I test drove and i absolutely loved the 2025 Honda accord Se. Andrea worked hard to find a good deal for me to purchase the vehicle. After all was set and done I couldn’t be anymore happier that Andrea was my dealer threw out this hole process I hope I wasn’t a headache threw out everything especially with being my first time buying a car by myself. I wanted to share how wonderful Domenica was at helping me find my vehicle. She was kind, respectful, and so so helpful. A lot of car sales people can quite honestly be very pressing causing a lot of press me find my vehicle. She was kind, respectful, and so so helpful. I appreciate that she wasn’t too pushy and made sure to let me know that there were also other options if I wanted to explore that, but she did provide me with lots of information and is great at selling a car.
