Phenomenal first-time car buying experience Several weeks ago, I first visited Herb Chambers Seekonk to look at a few new cars I had researched. I was quickly greeted by Jim Downing, one of the Several weeks ago, I first visited Herb Chambers Seekonk to look at a few new cars I had researched. I was quickly greeted by Jim Downing, one of the sales associates. Jim was both friendly and very knowledgeable as we walked the lot, discussing different options. I spent over half an hour sitting in the cars and talking with Jim about the pros and cons of each. Despite knowing that I was not going to purchase a car that day (I told him earlier I planned to take the time with this decision), Jim was very patient with me. I ended up visiting the dealership two more times (meeting with Jim on both occasions) and never once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. On my fourth visit, after feeling confident in my decision, I purchased a 2018 Civic Hatchback from Jim. I have owned the car for several weeks now and I could not be happier, knowing that I took my time with the decision and had the full support of the Herb Chambers staff with whatever decision I made. Once Again Done Right I came in to trade in my lease and switch to a new vehicle. This company has been outstanding since I first leased with them in 2015. His name is John Mitchell and he was beyond helpful in dealing w certain issues that popped up. I'm again beyond happy with the price and the new vehicle. These people that work at Herb Chambers Seekonk need to be recognized for what seems to be a total commitment to making our lives as customers easier. If you ever end up at the store ask for John he will take exceptional care of you. Caitlin Messier was also very helpful and patient in setting the appointment up in spite of my having issues making it several times. Bill in finance was a wizard getting me a good deal. Friendly staff and amazing deals I went in looking for a pre-owned car. I was walking around the lot looking at the cars and a women named Amanda Peters. came out and met me and my fa I went in looking for a pre-owned car. I was walking around the lot looking at the cars and a women named Amanda Peters. came out and met me and my father. She was extremely friendly and offered for us to search through the database for cars. She asked my budget, what I use the car for, and a general idea of the models I like. Through a few questions we were able to find a few fits that we liked. She found me a car with low miles which was under my budget and fuel efficient (which was a requirement since I am a heavy commuter). We took it for a test drive, while doing the test drive she explained general features and functions. Upon choosing a car, she was there throughout the whole process and continuously kept us up to date on the status of the car. It was a long process of course, but Amanda's attitude made the entire process amazing and enjoyable. On top of that our finance specialist was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and also kept us up to date the entire time. I have already recommended Amanda and this location to many friends and family! I could not be happier with my new car. More
