Every time I have gone to Herb Chambers for my car to be serviced, I am met with a friendly, smart, and appreciative team member. Even the other employees who are not waiting on me directly are just as friendly and seem genuinely happy you have chosen HC to service your car. The job is completed in a very reasonable time- and I did not even have a scheduled appointment during a busy holiday weekend! The waiting area is clean and comfortable, your service person takes the time to explain what was done on the car, how much it will cost, bring you over to the payment area, and personally thank you for your business. My service professional, Kevin Almonte, even brought me out to a freshly vacuumed and washed car, opened the door for me, and wished me a great day. What can I say?
