This was my second time going to Herb Chambers for a new (used) car, and each time I have been treated with kindness and the utmost professionalism. Phanuel was the first one to greet me when I arrived and I knew off the bat that he would help me get the car I was looking for. We ended up taking out a beautiful certified Honda Accord for a spin and I purchased it right after. Phanuel made everything super easy for me and the process was a piece of cake. Emilio in the finance department was also top notch and really explained all the terms in detail. I have already recommended friends/family to use Herb Chambers, but now I will also let them know that the staff down in Seekonk is worth the drive. I visited Herb Chambers Honda for a recall on my CRV, the work was done professionally and quickly. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that the car was washed and vacuumed --- also cleaned inside and work was done professionally and quickly. Also Tim advised me that my brake light was out , he offered the service but did not push it. I replaced the brake light after I left the dealership. What impressed me the most is that all vehicles can use additional service (mostly ones like my CRV with 100+ K on them , but Tim and his crew didn't push and use high pressure, they offered advice and really seemed to care. Recently I had a problem with my Honda not starting. when I brought it in for service, Tim listened carefully as I explained what was happening with my vehicle My feeling was that the vehicle needed a when I brought it in for service, Tim listened carefully as I explained what was happening with my vehicle My feeling was that the vehicle needed a battery due to a defect. After I was finished Tim assured me that he would check the battery for defects. A short time later he returned with a print out showing that the battery was infact the problem. A new battery was installed immediately. I was very satisified with the way Tim handled the matter. He was professional at all times. We went to this dealership because we had 2 very old vehicles (1998 & 1996) and we had not purchased a new car in a very long time. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. We wanted to look, test drive, make our own decisions, and we did not want to feel pressured. Phanuel Moise was the perfect salesman for us - he was patient, he answered our many questions. He was patient while we test drove an Accord, a Crosstour, and two Pilots. At the time, Phanuel did not know that if he played his cards right, we would be purchasing 2 new vehicles. But he did everything right and we purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord in silver (just the color we wanted) and a new 2014 Honda Pilot in grey (just the color we wanted). If we had felt pressured at any time, we would have stopped the process and gone somewhere else, so these two sales were not a sure thing for this dealership until Phanuel was able to close each deal. We were very impressed with this nice young man and we also greatly appreciated that he was so skillful in reading what we were really looking for and then responding to our needs - rather than trying to "force" us into a purchase any other way (that would not have worked). It seems that a good sales person has to be able to respond to the customer's needs. Phanuel did a great job and we are very happy that he was the one who first approached us when we arrived at the dealership. More

John was very professional and down to earth. I really felt like he was going to bat for me and was trying his best to find the right car for me, not just trying to push me into buying a car. I purchased my 2001 honda accord there and then went back and bought my 2012 honda accord from John. This was our third time going to Brian in search of a brand new Honda civic because he is honest, polite same dealership and that is why we returned. Not only did he do his best to get me a car that I could afford, he has called me to make sure that I like my new car. That makes me see that he does not just care about selling me any car, but to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase even once I have left the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and this employee to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Buying a car can be a particularly frustrating experience for women purchasing by themselves. After some time wasting and patience trying visits to other dealerships, I and a relative came into Herb Chambers for women purchasing by themselves. After some time wasting and patience trying visits to other dealerships, I and a relative came into Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. What a difference! Homero L., our salesman, was immediately upfront about both the cars and the prices that were available through the dealership. He and the financial staff then worked tirelessly with us to arrange a satisfactory deal. Now, my relative is driving a certified Honda Fit, and she loves it. Thank you, Homero, and thanks to all of the pleasant, friendly staff we met at the dealership. Oh, and the popcorn is pretty good too! More
