Excellent customer service, quick to schedule my 4 tire replacement, they provide you with a video of the car and the tech who is servicing your car. The sale process was done very professionally. Jim Downing was very nice, good dialogue and no pressure sales. He had me drive the vehicle and ask questions. Herb Chambers made us an offer to purchase and we countered. We agreed upon a purchase price with a trade in of my 2018 Audi. Jim made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the entire process. My husband and I sat with the business office to sign the documents which was relaxing also. We then met with Jim who turned us over to Kevin Teixera. Kevin went thru a quick overview of the 2023 Rav4 Prime SUV. I got the basics but had issues trying to charge and use the EV system. I need to read much more on how to utilize the vehicle fully or my preference is to sit with Kevin again. A couple of things that did not sit with me well was the following: I traded my Audi with a full tank of gas and received my Rav4-prime with a quarter of a tank of gas. The EV battery was not fully charged either. Jim asked if we brought in the title for our Audi and we did not as we were not sure we were buying a vehicle. Would not accept a deposit of any amount to hold the vehicle either.until we came back Saturday. He noted this was company policy. I would of put $5000.00 down payment. I think this policy needs review. In summary, the people were friendly, courteous and generally made every effort to make the sale experience easy. More
