Car purchasing here was outstanding with Danny Reyes. Now the service department has left a bad impression on me. My 2018 Honda Pilot was getting a Transmisson error code on the dash, service department Now the service department has left a bad impression on me. My 2018 Honda Pilot was getting a Transmisson error code on the dash, service department told me when it came out to bring it over. Brought it there on a Thursday they told me it was going to be 2 hrs to scan the computer (told them I couldn’t wait because I had my 10 month twins in the car) they sent someone out and it took them about 30 seconds to diagnose a torque converter replacement. Scheduled service for the following Monday at 4:30, dropped the car off Monday at 9am prior to going away for 3 days. Came back Thursday afternoon, no one could find my car info/not was it ever serviced. Worked with Tom Meyer got a new appointment and loaner car and it took them another 3 weeks to finally fix converter. More
