Recent Service My wife and I had not typically purchased or leased new American manufactured vehicles until my insurance agent advised us to visit HC Lincoln and tal My wife and I had not typically purchased or leased new American manufactured vehicles until my insurance agent advised us to visit HC Lincoln and talk w/Peter Hern. Peter saved us from buying a used "problem vehicle" and my wife leased her first MKc and 2 years later, leased her 2nd with Bill Owen which was just in for an oil change and wheel repairs. Greg is our service advisor, arranged alternate vehicle for our use and we picked up the 2017 MKc yesterday as promised with all work done at a very reasonable price. I also have received superior service advice and information from Danielle Barnett, the service manager on my previous MKZ. I am a frequent visitor to this dealership with my 2 leased MKZ's but the most recent lease - a 2018 Black Label has been the best yet. I walked in the door, always warmly greated by Julie Farretta, wondering why the Black Label model was not being offered in 2019 model year. There was Danny Jordan indicating they had the one in stock that was exactly what I was looking for. Peter & Danny worked out a great lease exchange for me and I drove the car away the next day. This Black Label is a beautiful vehicle with a luxurious interior and I love driving it. I negotiated the cost of the new car first, then we discussed my trade in value so the new and trade-in values were clear. The other dealerships prices were higher than Herb and they offered me way below the fair dealer trade in value for me car. The negotiation process to purchase a new car was not comfortable for me until I finally decided to visit Herb Chambers of Norwood Lincoln. The staff there is professional starting at the front door with no pressure, easy and calm discussion of prices, and my trade-in cost was above fair.
