I recently purchased a new 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Herb Chambers. This was my third purchase from this dealership. From the very first day I walked through the door up until two weeks after purchasing m Chambers. This was my third purchase from this dealership. From the very first day I walked through the door up until two weeks after purchasing my vehicle, the entire transaction has been nothing but problems. I've never had so much trouble purchasing a vehicle as I have this last time. I can sum up the whole experience in one word...suspect!!! I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. All you get is the runaround! Be sure to read everything you sign and get copies "with" your signature on them. Go somewhere else to a dealer you can somewhat trust.
