I have been bringing my older Subaru Forester to Herb Gordon for service the last 5 years or so. 100% satisfied, and knew that when it was time to I have been bringing my older Subaru Forester to Herb Gordon for service the last 5 years or so. 100% satisfied, and knew that when it was time to buy a new one, I would come here instead of the previous dealer where I bought my Forester. July 4th I made an appointment to meet with Mo (Muhammed Zeidan) to test drive a 2025 Forester, Outback, and Crosstrek. All were fabulous, and I opted for the Crosstrek. Mo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. My choice of color wasn't in stock, but there was one at another dealership - Mo arranged for it to be transferred to Silver Spring the next morning. July 5th I arrived to make my final approval, arranged financing, and drive off with my wonderful new car. Shawn in Finance was great to work with. I appreciated his thoroughness and he was very cordial. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. All my questions were answered. All my concerns were addressed with care and kindness. This is by far the best car-buying experience of my very long life. I've already mentioned that I am familiar with their service department, and will continue to enjoy the best care for my new car.
