I’m usually very skeptical about going to dealerships, but my subie was showing some concerning signs and I decided that it needed to be diagnosed by some Subaru experts. Michael Goodman was assigned to m but my subie was showing some concerning signs and I decided that it needed to be diagnosed by some Subaru experts. Michael Goodman was assigned to my vehicle, and went above and beyond by first asking me what my concerns were, and after having a technician diagnose the system, he sat down with me and explained what needed servicing. He showed me the numbers, and when I mentioned that I would need time to think it over, since it was a big job, he gave me his card and told me to take my time. Very friendly people in the servicing department, and I would highly recommend taking your subie there! More

Employees are all very professional as well as very friendly and helpful. I have been having my cars (first a WRX and then a Legacy) serviced there for 17-18 years. My husband used to drive Toyotas, bu friendly and helpful. I have been having my cars (first a WRX and then a Legacy) serviced there for 17-18 years. My husband used to drive Toyotas, but when he decided to buy a new car almost 3 years ago, I told him that if he would buy a Subaru I would take it for all the servicing since going to Herb Gordon is a good experience. He bought his first Subaru, a Forester, and he loves it and especially that I lived up to my promise of taking it for servicing. Herb Gordon Subaru has wonderful facilities, including a fancy coffee maker that makes a great mocha. Bathroom facilities are well stocked and super clean. But the best is the great servicing of cars and the great staff. I will always buy a Subaru and only at Herb Gordon where I will entrust all servicing to them. Thank you, Herb Gordon Subaru! More
