Latch and lock replacement on Ford Edge Had a recall on Ford edge for Driver door side latch . Had been an issue for a considerable length of time. Also key never worked in door lock. Called Had a recall on Ford edge for Driver door side latch . Had been an issue for a considerable length of time. Also key never worked in door lock. Called for an appointment, to fix. Mike LeClerc was my contact and took care of everything. He was polite, well spoken, and keep us informed through out the process. Was actually a pleasure to have vehicle repaired at Heritage ford. Will continue to use Heritage for any repairs or services, as long as Mike is there, and is the service manger. Thank you More
