That's the way it's been in prior purchases/leases that I've had at Heritage; and, I expected nothing less. I'm convinced they understand that the customer is in 'the driver seat'. New Tacoma Sale, old Tundra Trade in I recently purchased my THIRD Tacoma, but it was my first time working with Chuck. I was hesitant to start payment negotiations because, well, who wa I recently purchased my THIRD Tacoma, but it was my first time working with Chuck. I was hesitant to start payment negotiations because, well, who wants to even think about a new car payment? Chuck was awesome to work with. We were trading in a 2008 Tundra that lived a long life & Chuck was able to help us with a very respectable trade in price, making it reasonable to purchase a new vehicle. Poor scheduling and alternative reality I made my service appointment more than 1.5 months ahead of time and I was told the airbag recall alone that I needed to get done would take “all day I made my service appointment more than 1.5 months ahead of time and I was told the airbag recall alone that I needed to get done would take “all day” and that did not take into account a routine service and a tire change that is needed.My appointment was made for 9 am today and I arrived on time. There was a short wait driving into the service bay due to a lineup of cars. 5.5 hours later I just was told that no one has done any work whatsoever on my car yet and that they will have it completed in 3 more hours from now. I will attempt to have service done elsewhere in the future. A service person today told me that they tell everyone that their service will take all day. More
