I spoke with the internet advisor on the phone. I asked for upfront fees and a markup price. She was clear that the dealership would see the cars at MSRP plus a few markup fees, roughly ~2000 total. When I arrived, there was a sales person who was telling me that there was an additional markup fee. I spoke with the sales mgr and he asked me if I was willing to agree to the approximate 2000 fee as discussed but later told me that the car (civic) was not in stock and that the price could go up. Stay away from this dealership. They use deceptive tactics to get you in the door and will only waste your time. More

I had a DMV issue because I had moved from out of state. DMV would not register the car because of a discrepancy. Honda Universe sent John McGraw to the DMV in person with me to clear up the issue!
