Before coming in, I did my research on dealerrater.com, and was impressed by this locations awesome reviews. We chose to work with Heri, and it was the best decision! He knew what vehicles we were coming to look at and he had them pulled up to the front and ready for test drives when we arrived, as well as bottled water waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient with my husband and I. He answered all of our questions throughly and was NOT pushy at all (which we loved). Heri is so hospitable and he truly made our experience wonderful from start to finish. We were only there for a few hours, once we decided what we wanted they were quick with processing everything. After we had signed all the papers, I had more questions about a safety feature, and Heri was kind enough to take the time to go on another drive with us so he could drive the vehicle and teach us how to use the safety features while driving. All of the staff we came into contact with were very friendly, I would highly recommended Honda Superstore of Lisle, and don’t forget to request Heri! More
I recently took my new 2021 Honda Odyssey to Honda Superstore of Lisle for an unexpected checkup. It seemed like my alignment was off, and I wanted to make sure that the car was safe to drive. It was a Saturday, and the staff could not be more accommodating in fitting me in. Specifically, Christine Griswold was very professional and showed genuine concern for my potential car issue. I also needed to get to work, and she graciously offered to get me an Uber ride to take me to work. After doing a full inspection of the vehicle, Christine called me with relieving news that the car alignment was fine. They tested it on the highway as well as local roads. I really wanted to take the time to write this review to express how much Honda Superstore of Lisle has exceeded my expectations for service ever since I started taking my vehicles there. Christine and the staff make you feel like a family member. They have always been very professional, up front, and honest whenever I have had any service issue. It starts from the top of the organization, and this is why they earned my business in purchasing the 2021 Honda Odyssey. Mike Harvey, Shawn and Tim Korallus on the sales side were very thorough and made sure my wife and I were completely educated before we purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend Honda Superstore of Lisle. Their high quality service means everything to me and my family. More

Current times:start of phase 4 covid relief. According to their site you are asked to make an appointment, when I called this am oil changes are still first come first serve. Ok. At 2 hours I go searching for my rep and he said he would go check on the car. Nowhere was I near to be done In fact he said at least another hour. If I didn’t have to pick kids up at a certain time, or if I wanted to be stuck in a building for 3 hours then I wouldn’t have a problem with it. For the past 4 months I’ve had zero time during the day without kids to get anything done. I completely wasted my only 4 hours I’ve had free because they couldn’t come and be honest with times. This mom of twins was trying to maximize time. I feel bad for the assistant manager Ken bc totally let the water works out, the poor guy. Ken did organize for a pick up and drop off later in the day since I was not going to have my 4 year olds in that shop sitting around touching things. Which comes to my next point. All iPads, massage chairs, computers, remotes, chargers were fully accessible to customers and within my 2 hours there I did not see a single person wiping town tables, counters, coffee machines or anything. However I did see a lady come out of the bathroom with a mop, after she left I went in to use the facilities as to where no soap was to be found. with the pandemic in full force with minimal precautions (except face masks), I am once again dissatisfied with the service at this site. I was hoping to save some time going here instead of my normal location because of logistics. This hope this review will provide the site with some feedback to help play their part in keeping everyone safe. More

The service team analyzed a known issue on our CRV and said they would fix it for free if we did a $1900 job. This $1900 job 'claimed' there was a stretched timing chain but NEVER took the engine apart N said they would fix it for free if we did a $1900 job. This $1900 job 'claimed' there was a stretched timing chain but NEVER took the engine apart NOR even noted it on the job ticket. Mentioned that I couldnt afford the $1900 job but just need them to fix what I came in for originally. Amazingly, the free work, on the known issue went away when I didnt buy their "claim" of the other issue. Lisle team: YOU CANT ANALYZE A TIMING CHAIN IF YOU DONT EVEN REMOVE THE Valve cover. ALSO, IF YOU FOUND SUCH AN ISSUE WHY WOULD YOU NOT DOCUMENT IT ON THE JOB TICKET.......BECAUSE YOU LIED!!!!! Beware of this shady shop......wonder who else they have tried to scam with fake issues More

Never coming back and we are buying my fiancé's new CRV from Elmhurst Honda. Kabir was very helpful, but he is in Sales and gave me more help than the entire Service Dept. My handler Mike refereed to me as Dude while insisting I did not speak to him about what needed to be done. I will not be called a liar or do business with such people. Thanks to all of the sales staff and financing people for being so wonderful. It's a shame that trying to do so much service causes a company like this to look horrible. More
Don't waste your money on the extended warranty. Brought in our 2016 Pilot with 41,000 miles and the fuel injectors had to be replaced. The service adviser told us this was a know issue and that if we were still in the 36000 factory warranty this would have been covered. But we have the extended warranty which was sold to us buy Honda but is through a third party vendor and they refused to pay it. We had to pay for the repair out of our pocket and it cost as much as the warranty. Talk to both the extended warranty provider and also call American Honda and they did nothing. DON'T BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SINCE IT IS WORTHLESS!!!!!!!! More
