Initally we were happy to be working with Lynn. She helped us look at an HR-V that we might not habe considered. We put a deposit on it to hold it while we thought about it overnight. We felt so lucky to have worked with her as this was our first ecperience buying a new car. We had a different deal come up the next day at a different dealership and texted Lynn to thank her for everything and ask for the deposit back. Crickets. Later, we left a voicemail. More crickets. Two weeks of back and forth with only one reply from her. Try to talk to supervision and can't get in touch. Finally, after I threaten to dispute the charge to the call operator, Lynn calls back. But needs my full credit card info to process the refund as they don't keep records. In my fluster, I can't find my wallet. I tell her I'll call back. I call back and ask for a supervisor as I'm having a hard time trusting Honda of Tenafly at this point. Crickets. Just opened the dispute with the credit card. More
