Service was great - Sales not good. I said I wanted a Honda CRV - clearly I was out of my league with all the technology - salesman should have suggested something else or a small vehic I said I wanted a Honda CRV - clearly I was out of my league with all the technology - salesman should have suggested something else or a small vehicle. It was my fault for not speaking up. I didn't get price for my trade in that I wanted, bought a vehicle that was a family car and not meant for an older person to drive and should have spoke up. Instead, I traded car in after 3 weeks. More

I brought my car in to have a recall repair made, and to have the oil changed. I booked my appointment with John and he was there for me from the time I arrived. He told me to be prepared for at least a 3 have the oil changed. I booked my appointment with John and he was there for me from the time I arrived. He told me to be prepared for at least a 3 hour wait, but the work was finished in about one and a quarter hours. He was helpful and friendly. His name is now shown below to rate him, but I give John 5 stars. More
