Service was great - Sales not good. I said I wanted a Honda CRV - clearly I was out of my league with all the technology - salesman should have suggested something else or a small vehic I said I wanted a Honda CRV - clearly I was out of my league with all the technology - salesman should have suggested something else or a small vehicle. It was my fault for not speaking up. I didn't get price for my trade in that I wanted, bought a vehicle that was a family car and not meant for an older person to drive and should have spoke up. Instead, I traded car in after 3 weeks. More

I brought my car in to have a recall repair made, and to have the oil changed. I booked my appointment with John and he was there for me from the time I arrived. He told me to be prepared for at least a 3 have the oil changed. I booked my appointment with John and he was there for me from the time I arrived. He told me to be prepared for at least a 3 hour wait, but the work was finished in about one and a quarter hours. He was helpful and friendly. This dealership wasted my time and money. Service department told me my blown tire was covered under an extra protection warranty I had purchased at the time of buying the car. They had me ca Service department told me my blown tire was covered under an extra protection warranty I had purchased at the time of buying the car. They had me call a tow truck to bring the vehicle to them and had me cancel my same day $200 estimated tire replacement at Tires Plus. They inconvenienced me by having to wait an extra day then they blind sided me at pick up with an over $500 repair bill after they had already repaired the tire. No warning or chance to take the vehicle elsewhere. No apology or attempt to make it right. Just a demand for their money. Our situation was literally an example the salesman gave us in the pitch for the warranty. I strongly discourage people from this dealership. More
