I visited the dealership several times, and finally found a car to trade my Kia in for a Hyundai. I know they are sister companies, but I just like Hyundai's better, I just feel better driving a Hyundai. K a car to trade my Kia in for a Hyundai. I can always depend on good service at Hyundai of Asheville. One of the service representative there named Heidi, is outstanding!! I scheduled a recall item and was informed car needed to be aligned to the tune of $165 so I said yeah go ahead and do this while I am here. After two hours, was informed, oh, we did not have the recall pa be aligned to the tune of $165 so I said yeah go ahead and do this while I am here. After two hours, was informed, oh, we did not have the recall part you will need to come back. We will have the part in a few days. That was Nov 8th today is the 20th and no call re recall plus have left three messages for service manager and no return call. In essence I overpaid for alignment and have no idea what is going on regarding the recall. More
