It is without a doubt the best dealership experience we've ever had and THE reason for that is Tunde. She always greets you with a smile and is incredibly helpful regardless of the reason. Last weekend we had family visit and on arrival Friday night there was clearly an issue with their Sonata. We placed a call to the Service Department as they were closing and were told within a few minutes that they would squeeze them in on Saturday and take a look. Tunde (and Mark the mechanic) made an exceptional effort to not only squeeze them in, but have the car fixed on Saturday, so they could return home on Sunday. I can't say enough about Tunde and the entire team. It's nice to have faith in a dealership, which isn't common, and this is one dealership that has earned our business for life. More

Professional, curteous and responsive to requests I recently purchased a new Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of St. Augustine. I began my search on the internet and asked for quotations from six Hyunda I recently purchased a new Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of St. Augustine. I began my search on the internet and asked for quotations from six Hyundai dealerships. Ava Hamilton won my business for her dealership because of her demonstrated sense of urgency to meet my customer service. I told each dealership my specifications and the date I was going to make my decision. Ava answered by questions and provided additional options and the dealership acquired the vehicle to meet my specifications. I highly recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine and would suggest asking for Ava. The finance manager was also very professional and courteous. More

Can't Beat Hyundai of St Augustine Recently purchased a new 2020 Sonata SEL from Hyundai of St Augustine. This is not my first new car purchase from this dealership but I came back, Wh Recently purchased a new 2020 Sonata SEL from Hyundai of St Augustine. This is not my first new car purchase from this dealership but I came back, Why? When you purchase a new car I think it is important that you feel you were treated fairly, got a fair deal and were not pressured at the final closing to purchase additional items like extended warranty, paint sealer or windshield/upholstery treatment. After the purchase you expect the service department to be straight with you and not try to pressure you to perform service that is beyond the warranty requirements and all at a competitive price. The years that passed after my earlier new car purchase from Hyundai of St Augustine I had ample opportunity yo see first hand how the Service Department operated and have always been treated with great professionalism and I don't get suspicious if they tell me the car needs something because they have earned my trust. I am getting up in years and have purchased many new cars in different cities and states and Hyundai of St Augustine is the first dealership I have encountered that I would recommend to my family members and friends. That is why I came back. More

Friendly and Hard-Working Salesperson I was originally interested in purchasing either a 2019 Hyundai Tucson SEL or Sport trim with the recommended 2.4 liter engine. I eventually decided I was originally interested in purchasing either a 2019 Hyundai Tucson SEL or Sport trim with the recommended 2.4 liter engine. I eventually decided on the SEL. Rich Coury worked overtime putting together a very attractive, out-the-door package for one of the dealership's loaner vehicles.
