Such a phenomenal experience at IDE Honda dealing with Mark Frey and Heather Blodgett. Heather was very welcoming and provided great customer service. She’s the type where after dealing with her once you prefer her to deal with you over anyone else in the future. Last but surely not least Mark Frey was quick to take action and ensure the turnaround on the vehicle was quick but at the same time making sure quality work was done to rectify the issue. You can clearly tell he’s been in the business a long time and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend IDE for all your vehicle needs! More

We hadn't purchased a car from a dealership in over a decade. The thought of going in to buy one just about gave me hives. Nevously we reached out to Ide Honda because of an ad we saw.
