Guess this salesman is very very busy during this covid-19 pandemic. Inquired about lease specials and was told there would be new ones the next day. Poor customer service I asked the finance manager to call me to let me know what APR I was approved for, but he never called. I called Ide, and it took over 7 hours to fina I asked the finance manager to call me to let me know what APR I was approved for, but he never called. I called Ide, and it took over 7 hours to finally talk to someone. When they placed my snow tires in my car, they damaged it, so I had to have a brand new vehicle fixed. The moon roof leaks in my car wash, and they haven't fixed it (despite the fact that I've had it in twice). Our salesman was very nice, but it was very difficult to get a good deal on a vehicle; the negotiations were tense. The finance manager was very pushy about trying to sell HondaCare along with their other packages. I will NEVER buy a car from Ide, and I will Never buy another Honda. More

I recently purchased a 2018 Ridgeline that started to exhibit two unrelated symptoms: "Transmission System Problem" and "Blind Spot Info Problem" Melody, the service adviser took me right in and the technician found the root cause to be the automatic transmission within a very reasonable time. I cannot say enough good things about Ide Honda in all. . . just great folks who cares about their Customers. And great Techs who know their stuff. The Truck has been running very nicely. And check this out . . . the calculated gas mileage on the display that used to read in the mid to upper 17 MPG in town is now reading in the 20 to 21 MPG in town. Just another happy guy . . . More
