I shopped online and saw a couple of used vans online. I made an appointment and met Brad. He happily showed me the van I was interested in and a few others I inquired about. He made the time to answer my questions and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. I felt no pressure to make a purchase. I later made a decision to buy the first van I looked at.
