Flexible Laurie and the team were great. The day we arrived the service department was a bit back logged so we waited for about 45 minutes to sit with Lori. Laurie and the team were great. The day we arrived the service department was a bit back logged so we waited for about 45 minutes to sit with Lori. At that time she realized our service would take us a bit of time, so she had us head home and had a driving deliver us a loaner car while he picked up our vehicle. The next day she had a driver deliver us our vehicle and take back with her the loaner car. In the interim she and John filled our car with gas.
