You can't just drop your car off for service even if you have an appointment - you have to go in and wait for your assigned service person to come speak with you. Why is this necessary? I have already made an appointment and told them exactly what I want done. I just don't understand why you need to have these salespeople assigned to you...I just want service done and really don't care who I speak to.
