While our salesperson, Joe, was on vacation, Derek personally called to let us know that the Range Rover qualified for the special financing rates that had just become available. The timing couldn't have been more challenging—we were leaving town in just a few days and assumed there was no way everything could come together in time. Derek proved us wrong. He quickly located the exact vehicle we wanted in Melbourne, Florida, coordinated the transfer, and even worked with us on his day off to finalize the financing and paperwork. Before we left, he made sure we had a complete tour of the facility, introduced us to the team, and ensured every detail was taken care of. The vehicle was shipped to Fort Myers, safely held while we were on vacation, and then delivered to us when we returned. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end.
