We contacted him to find our 1st Defender, black with a V8 - we had specific wants and needs - he found us exactly what we wanted in less than 2 days. We then decided to make a trade of our older RR for another Defender. Again we had specific wants/needs that were very important to us. Within 2 days he delivered again. I can't say enough how wonderful and easy he was to work with, he even threw in the coolest RR Teddy Bears. Sam was the BEST. I came in and just asked for a females salesperson; and was referred to Sam. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond at every turn. I’m incredibly indecisive and it takes me a very long time to decide on a new car. She never pressured me at all and continually answered questions about a multitude of cars as I tried to decide which one was best for me.
