Had the opportunity to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. It was an out-of-state purchase in the middle of winter. My sales person, Bob Soucheray, did a great job of doing a virtual walk through and gave me an accurate description of the car’s condition. The process was straightforward and shipping was coordinated by them. They offered a few options finance options but I ended up using my own. They found a great shipping company that used an enclosed trailer that held just a few cars and mine was the first in, first out - direct delivery with no issues. I don’t feel people at this dealership listening to a customer. When I finally got angry, that’s when I felt they listened to me. I would put in phone calls to this dealership and the calls went to a rec customer. When I finally got angry, that’s when I felt they listened to me. I would put in phone calls to this dealership and the calls went to a recording and no one returned my phone calls. I finally got angry and went to the dealership and then that’s when they heard me. They told me that my car was being brought in from somewhere, but they didn’t know where it was coming from. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous thing in my entire life! Three weeks after I get my car I find out that they got my car from New York. Why didn’t they just tell me that then?! That doesn’t make sense. When I went to take out the loan, I had already told the guy that I was going through Wings and I was preapproved. He rolled up my loan through some other company because he gets a kickback from it. I was signing papers and then he is saying something about putting it on my phone and doing all the stuff I said no! I am going through Wings. He tried to talk me out of it and stay with this other company because “he was trying to raise two kids and support a family“ if cars weren’t so hard to come by and had they not gotten him the perfect car for me. I would’ve walked out right then! I was so angry. Now I find out that some other guy had on my car previously for a very short time and had registered my car through kia.com and I can’t get logged on my phone to use the thing through the computer because he still logged on there. So I called the dealership to try and get this straightened out with the girl that answered the phone wouldn’t connect me with anyone I guess she felt that she should hear what was going on and go and relay the message and then come back and tell me what was going on instead of letting me talk to someone because then she relayed the wrong message. I would never visit that dealership again! It’s a good thing. I love this car because I do not love this dealership. I can’t even remember the peoples names that I worked with there. So it’s hard for me to rate them. They will know who they are. More
Gary Lange made my purchasing experience horrible. During COVID buying a new diesel truck was almost impossible. I found one at Jeff Belzer's and felt incredible lucky, but Lange was a total jerk to work with. I will never buy another vehicle from Belzer's again based on his terrible customer service. My salesman was incredibly nice. The salesman was so frustrated with how I was being treated by Lange; he apologized several times for Langes behavior. When I got home with the truck, I bought my extended warranty with a local dealership. I was so frustrated with Lange's behavior, I was not going to purchase anything more than I had to from Belzer's. More
