I called for estimate on fully synthetic oil and a comprehensive check. The individual I talked to said he had no idea but my service representative would ask my service preferences and an estimated c comprehensive check. I wasn’t feeling well when I got there and forgot to ask, they didn’t, because I wouldn’t have gotten the service I wanted. After I relayed my information to the customer service representative things went pretty good. EXCEPT when I got home I had a text telling me they forgot to put the engine cover on and asked if I could come back in from my house in Taos. I said I wasn’t feeling well and wouldn’t be able to come back. They said they would send someone out to replace it. I’m pretty sure they did but was never notified it was replaced. More
The sensor on the mirror was malfunctioning so we had to leave it in order to get it repaired. They were going to take it to the Chevy dealership and have them repair it, but they were busy and didn't get t leave it in order to get it repaired. The paint was not touched up on the car like it was supposed to be. Mr gross did not answer our phone because he had it turned off or turn down. The finance person did not have the correct email even after we told him it was wrong. The license plates were not put on the car. The car was dirty on the outside because of the week that it took to get it done. The inside was fine. Communication was bad all the way around. More
