From the beginning Curt Laczniak and Luke Wojtas (BMW Genius) were great, showing me the car, teaching me all about the amazing technology on the new M3, and taking me on a test drive, while Rolly Davidson finished up with another customer. Once back from the test drive, Rolly took over. Rolly is a class act all the way. Not only did he also share some great insights on my car and the car I was trading in, but he was also great with my 8 year old daughter who accompanied me for her first car buying experience (future Knauz Mini customer, according to her). I had a great time throughout the day talking to Rolly, evaluating our options, and ultimately buying the M3. Rolly's follow-up was also excellent through delivery to make sure I received mats that had to be ordered, and just making sure I was loving the car (which how could i not?!). On delivery, both Rolly and Luke were great. Luke fits the BMW Genius role to a T. He knew how and where to find any option/setting I on the car and offered follow-up sessions, as needed. I would highly recommend Knauz BMW to anyone and especially Rolly and Luke for their amazing customer service. Top Notch! More

Best of all -- SHE LISTENED to what I wanted and worked very hard to get me the car that best met my wants and needs. She was patient and an excellent communicator. She even let me drive her personal car because there were no 428is on the lot at the time. If you value your time and you want to make the car buying experience as painless as possible, I highly recommend you deal with Judy. I am very pleased with Knauz's overall operation. Doug Kamp was a pleasure to work with in completing the paperwork -- again, very efficient and sensitive to not wasting my time. And topping off a great consumer experience are the two "geniuses" I have worked with so far -- Luke and Spencer. It is clear that Knauz is modeling itself after Apple -- what a great company to seek to emulate! On the day of delivery, Luke spent an hour with me answering all my questions about the technology on the 328i I purchased. He also answered all my follow up emails. And today, when I brought my car in for its first free car wash, Spencer patiently answered all the little questions I had accumulated over the first two weeks. Luke and Spencer really know their stuff! Like Apple, Knauz has created a system where they want you to understand everything about the car -- if you want to know it, they have experts who will patiently work with you and explain everything to you. Overall, fantastic consumer experience! More

He was very helpful and not a typical car salesman who gives you a lot of pressure. He let me take the car and experience the drive myself. I would recommend him to anyone if you do not want unnecessary pressure when you are shopping for a car. I felt so comfortable that I did not even shop around to compare pricing. Then when I took delivery of the new car, they assigned BMW genius Sam Picchietti to walk me through all the features of the car. Sam was so helpful that I do not need to refer to the user manual at all. Overall, great customer service at Knauz. More
